Shipping policy

If you need to return a set of books for a refund, please do not open the box (or tape back securely if box has been opened), but write "rejected" on it and give it back to the post office stating it is rejected and return to sender. The post office will charge us the return fee when we receive it. Thank you.

Merchandise is not returnable, as it is manufactured on demand. Please do not try to return to sender, as it will ship back to the manufacturing facility, which will throw it away and never tell us.
